# Stay Updated with Tendy Notifications — Alerts & Channels

> Tendy notifies you when new tenders match your saved searches — via in-app bell, email, or Telegram. Configure channels in Settings.

Missing a relevant tender by a few hours can mean losing a contract opportunity entirely. Tendy's notification system removes that risk by alerting you the moment new tenders match your saved search templates — across the channels you already use, at the frequency that suits your workflow.

## Notification Types

    Triggered automatically whenever a new tender appears that matches the filters of one of your saved search templates.

    Sent before the submission deadline of tenders you've saved, so you always have enough time to prepare and submit.

    A real-time notification bell in the Tendy header gives you instant visibility without leaving the platform.

## Notification Channels

    Available on **all plans**. Click the bell icon in the top navigation bar to view your latest notifications without leaving Tendy.

  <Card title="Email" icon="envelope">
    Available on **Basic and above**. Tendy delivers alerts to the email address linked to your account. Update it any time in **Settings → Notifications**.

  <Card title="Telegram" icon="paper-plane">
    Available on **Basic and above**. Receive alerts directly in your Telegram chat after a one-time bot connection. See the [Telegram setup guide](/notifications/telegram).

## Notification Frequency

Each saved search template lets you choose how often you want to receive alerts for that specific search. You can mix and match frequencies across different templates.

| Frequency         | When it sends                                                |
| ----------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Instant**       | As soon as a new tender matching your template is found      |
| **Daily digest**  | A single summary of all new matches, delivered once per day  |
| **Weekly digest** | A single summary of all new matches, delivered once per week |

<Tip>
  Use **daily digest** for broad, exploratory searches that may return many results, and **instant** for your highest-priority templates where speed matters most.

<Note>
  Frequency preferences can be saved for any template today. Email and Telegram delivery for digest frequencies is rolling out progressively — if you save a preference and don't receive a message yet, check back after your next renewal or contact support.

## Plan Limits

  The **Free plan** supports up to **10 notifications per month** via the in-app bell only. Upgrade to **Basic or above** to unlock unlimited notifications across email and Telegram.

## How to Configure Notifications

Open **Settings → Notifications** to manage everything in one place:

* **Add or change your email address** for delivery.
* **Connect or disconnect your Telegram account.**
* **Review per-template frequency settings** for each of your saved searches.

Changes take effect immediately — no need to reload or resubmit.
