Tendy offers four tiers designed to match teams at every stage — from a sole trader exploring the platform for the first time to an enterprise procurement department that needs AI-powered analysis, team access, and a full API. Each paid plan is billed annually in Belarusian rubles. The Pro plan includes a 14-day free trial so you can test the full feature set before committing. Online card payment is not yet available while the payment processor is being finalised. To subscribe to a paid plan, contact [hello@tendy.by](mailto:hello@tendy.by) — the team will issue a corporate invoice (счёт) and activate your plan on receipt of payment. ## Plan details **0 BYN/month — no credit card required** The Free plan gives you permanent access to the Tendy search feed so you can browse active tenders and get a feel for the platform at no cost. It's best suited for individuals who are evaluating Tendy or who only need to check the market occasionally. **What's included:** * Unified search feed with basic filters (keyword, source, region, amount) * **20 tender views per month** — each time you open a tender detail page, it counts against this limit * **1 saved search template** * **3 saved tenders** * **10 notifications per month** * **7-day tender history** **Limitations to be aware of:** You won't have access to Tendy AI analysis, AI assistant integrations, email or Telegram notifications beyond the monthly cap, or tender history older than 7 days. Once you reach any monthly limit, you'll be prompted to upgrade. **790 BYN/year (\~66 BYN/month)** The Basic plan removes the most frustrating Free-tier restrictions and adds multi-channel notifications, making it the right choice for a procurement specialist who actively monitors the market every week but doesn't yet need AI-powered document analysis. **What's included:** * Everything in Free, plus: * **All sources in one feed** — goszakupki.by, icetrade.by, BUTB, and PPT BUTB * **Unlimited tender views** * **5 saved search templates** * **Unlimited notifications** via email and Telegram * **30-day tender history** * **AI assistant integrations** — connect ChatGPT, Claude, Mistral Le Chat, or Grok to your Tendy data via MCP Access Tokens * **Bitrix24 integration** *(coming soon)* — sync tenders and companies directly into your Bitrix24 CRM The AI assistant integrations let you query your tender feed inside the AI tools you already use, though full in-app Tendy AI analysis (document parsing, risk scoring, bid recommendations) is available on Pro and above. **1,490 BYN/year (\~124 BYN/month) — 14-day free trial** Pro is the recommended plan for active bidders and small teams. It unlocks Tendy AI — the platform's built-in document intelligence — and adds team seats and priority support. You get full access to every Pro feature — Tendy AI, 15 saved searches, 90-day history, team seats, and priority support — for the entire trial period. At the end of the 14 days, you can choose to subscribe to a paid plan or continue on Free. You won't be charged automatically. When you hit a monthly limit on the Free plan — for example, your 20th tender view, 10th notification, or 3rd saved tender — Tendy will show you an in-app prompt explaining which limit you've reached and inviting you to upgrade. You won't lose any data you've already saved, and your account and templates remain intact. You can upgrade at any time from the [pricing page](https://tendy.by/pricing) or from the prompt itself, and your new limits take effect immediately. Yes. If your organisation requires payment by corporate invoice (счёт-фактура or официальный счёт), Tendy can accommodate that.
