# Searching Tenders in Tendy

> Tendy's search feed unifies tenders from all major Belarusian procurement platforms. Learn how to browse, view, and organize results.

Tendy pulls tenders from every major Belarusian procurement platform into a single, continuously updated feed — so you never have to monitor goszakupki.by, icetrade.by, BUTB, and PPT BUTB separately. Whether you're looking for a specific tender by ID or scanning a broad category, the search feed gives you one place to find, evaluate, and act on procurement opportunities.

## Views

The search feed supports two layout modes. Switch between them using the view toggle in the top-right corner of the results panel.

    A compact, row-based layout that fits more tenders on screen at once. Use this when you want to sort results or compare amounts and deadlines across many tenders.

## What's on a Tender Card

Each card in the feed surfaces the most actionable information without requiring you to open the tender.

| Field            | Description                                                                                                                                     |
| ---------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Title**        | The official name of the tender as published by the procurement platform.                                                                       |
| **Amount**       | The stated contract value in BYN. Displays "No price" if the platform did not publish an amount.                                                |
| **Deadline**     | The submission deadline. Tenders expiring within 3 days are flagged as urgent.                                                                  |
| **Source badge** | Indicates which platform the tender originates from (e.g., goszakupki, icetrade, BUTB).                                                         |
| **Status**       | Current tender status: **Active**, **Closed**, or **Cancelled**.                                                                                |
| **Match %**      | Shown when you have a [targeting profile](/settings/targeting) configured. Indicates how closely the tender matches your company's focus areas. |
| **Save**         | Bookmark the tender to your saved tenders list for later review.                                                                                |
| **Label**        | Apply a custom label to organize tenders into your own categories.                                                                              |

## Tender Detail Page

Click any tender card to open its detail page. There you'll find the complete procurement record, including:

* **Full description** — the unabridged tender text as published by the source platform
* **Documents** — attached specifications, technical requirements, and forms available for download
* **Lot breakdown** — individual lots with their own amounts and item lists, where applicable
* **Key dates** — publication date, submission deadline, and any intermediate milestones
* **Direct source link** — a link that takes you straight to the original listing on the procurement platform so you can submit a bid or verify requirements

## Data Sources and Update Cadence

Tendy aggregates tenders from four official Belarusian procurement platforms:

Tendy refreshes data from all sources **every 5 minutes**, so new tenders and status changes appear in your feed promptly after they are published.

  Tender data in Tendy is aggregated from official procurement platforms for discovery and monitoring purposes. Always verify deadlines, document requirements, and eligibility conditions directly on the original platform before submitting a bid.

## Tender View Limits

On the **Free plan**, you can open and view up to **20 tender detail pages per month**. Browsing the search feed and seeing card-level information does not count against this limit — only clicking through to the full detail page does.

Once you reach the monthly limit, Tendy will prompt you to upgrade to a paid plan for unlimited tender views. View counts reset on the first day of each calendar month.
