# Save Searches and Get Notified About New Tenders

> Save your filter combination as a search template and receive email or Telegram notifications whenever new matching tenders appear.

Instead of re-applying the same filters every time you open Tendy, you can save any filter combination as a **search template**. Tendy runs your saved templates in the background and notifies you — via Telegram or email — whenever new matching tenders appear. This means you no longer need to poll the feed manually; relevant opportunities come to you.

## Saving a Search

<Steps>
  <Step title="Apply your filters">
    Open the [search feed](https://tendy.by/search) or your [tender workspace](https://tendy.by/tenders) and configure the filters you want to save — keyword, source, OKRB code, region, amount range, or any combination. Confirm that the results look right before saving.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Click Save search">
    Select **Save search** in the filter panel (above the results list). This opens the save template dialog.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Name the template">
    Give the template a descriptive name so you can identify it at a glance later — for example, `"IT Services — Minsk"` or `"Construction 45.2 — all regions"`.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose a notification frequency">
    Select how often you want Tendy to notify you when new tenders match this template:

    | Frequency         | Behaviour                                                                                                    |
    | ----------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
    | **Instant** | You receive a notification as soon as a matching tender is indexed, typically within minutes of publication. |
    | **Daily digest** | Tendy batches all new matches from the past 24 hours and sends a single summary each morning. |
    | **Weekly digest** | All new matches from the past 7 days are bundled into one summary, sent on Monday morning. |
  </Step>

  <Step title="Save">
    Click **Save**. The template is now active and will run automatically in the background.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Notification Channels

Tendy can deliver saved-search notifications through two channels. Both can be active at the same time.

<CardGroup cols={2}>
  <Card title="Email" icon="envelope">
    Available on Basic, Pro, and Business plans. Notifications are sent to the email address registered on your account. You can adjust the delivery address in **Settings → Notifications**. Email notifications are rolling out progressively — if delivery hasn't reached your account yet, Telegram is available in the meantime.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Telegram" icon="telegram">
    Connect your Telegram account once and receive instant or digest notifications directly in your chat. Available on Basic and above. Go to **Settings → Notifications → Telegram** to generate your personal link and complete the setup.
  </Card>
</CardGroup>

<Note>
  Template notification delivery is available on the **Basic plan and above**. On the Free plan, you can save one template and view its matches manually in the feed, but you will not receive automated notifications until you upgrade.
</Note>

## Plan Limits

The number of active saved search templates and the depth of tender history available depend on your subscription plan.

| Plan         | Saved searches | Tender history |
| ------------ | -------------- | -------------- |
| **Free**     | 1              | 7 days         |
| **Basic**    | 5              | 30 days        |
| **Pro**      | 15             | 90 days        |
| **Business** | Unlimited      | 1 year         |

If you reach your plan's limit, you'll need to delete an existing template before saving a new one — or upgrade to a higher plan. See [Pricing](https://tendy.by/pricing) for a full comparison.

## Managing Your Templates

All your saved search templates are listed at [tendy.by/templates](https://tendy.by/templates). From this page you can:

* **Edit** — modify the filters or notification frequency of any template. Changes take effect immediately.
* **Rename** — update the template's display name without changing its filters.
* **Pause** — temporarily stop notifications for a template without deleting it. The template remains in your list and can be reactivated at any time.
* **Delete** — permanently remove a template. This frees up a slot toward your plan limit.

You can also open a saved template directly from the search feed: select the template name from the **Saved searches** dropdown above the filter panel to load its filters in one click.

<Tip>
  For cleaner, more actionable notifications, create **separate templates per use case** rather than one broad template covering everything. For example, keep a dedicated template for each OKRB branch you serve (`"IT — 72.2"`, `"Construction — 45.2"`) and separate templates for regions where you have active capacity. Smaller, focused templates produce shorter digests that are easier to act on.
