It surfaces the facts that matter — key dates, buyer details, hidden requirements, and risk factors — directly on the tender page, without switching tools. Tendy AI is available on the Pro and Business plans.

What Tendy AI analyzes

Open any tender detail page and the AI panel appears in the sidebar. Tendy AI runs five types of analysis automatically.

Brief summary

Tendy AI reads the tender notice and produces a concise overview: what goods, works, or services are being procured, who the contracting authority is, and what the critical dates are — submission deadline, clarification window, and contract start.

Document requirements

Tendy AI extracts key requirements from the attached procurement documents — PDFs, DOCX, and XLSX files. It surfaces qualification criteria, mandatory certifications, insurance thresholds, and any technical specifications that are easy to miss in a long document pack.

Complexity & risk assessment

Tendy AI estimates how demanding participation is likely to be based on the volume of documentation, the number of lots, and the specificity of technical requirements. It also flags potential risks such as unusually short preparation windows, vague scope definitions, or contract conditions that frequently lead to disputes.

Participation recommendation

Tendy AI compares the tender’s requirements against your company profile and targeting settings, then gives you a plain-language recommendation on whether the opportunity is a good fit.

Chat

After the initial analysis, you can ask Tendy AI follow-up questions about the tender in natural language — for example, “What certifications are required?” or “Summarise the payment terms.” The assistant answers based on the tender documents already loaded, so you get grounded, document-aware responses rather than generic answers.

How to access Tendy AI

1. Open any tender detail page in Tendy.
2. Locate the AI panel on the right-hand side of the page.
3. The brief summary, document requirements, and complexity assessment load automatically.
4. Use the chat input at the bottom of the panel to ask follow-up questions.
