The targeting profile is Tendy’s way of learning what your company does so it can score every tender for relevance before you even open it. By describing your business — the industries you work in, the regions you serve, the kinds of contracts you handle — you give Tendy the context it needs to rank tenders from most to least relevant and surface the opportunities that matter most to you.

Match percentage badges

Once your targeting profile is complete, each tender card in the list displays a match % badge — a relevance score that reflects how closely that tender aligns with your profile. You can sort your tender list by match score to bring the highest-relevance opportunities to the top instantly.
Match scores are calculated automatically using semantic scoring and profile embeddings. Sorting by match % becomes available as soon as your targeting profile is marked complete.

What to configure

Navigate to Settings → Targeting Profile (/settings?tab=targeting) and fill in the following fields:

Industry / OKRB codes

Select the OKRB classification codes that correspond to your company’s activities. These codes are the primary signal Tendy uses to match you with relevant tenders. Use the built-in OKRB browser (click the browse icon next to the field) to explore the classification tree and find the right codes for your business.

Regions

Specify which Belarusian regions your company operates in. Tenders from regions you don’t serve will score lower, so your list stays focused on geographically relevant opportunities.

Keywords

Enter terms that describe your company’s products, services, or areas of expertise. Keywords feed directly into the semantic matching engine and help capture tenders that use different terminology for the same subject matter.

Budget range

Set the minimum and maximum contract value your company can realistically handle. Tendy uses this range to down-score tenders that fall far outside your typical deal size.

Company type

Select the type of organization that best describes your company. This helps Tendy filter out tenders that are restricted to specific participant categories.

Set up your targeting profile

1

Open Targeting settings

Go to Settings → Targeting Profile at /settings?tab=targeting.
2

Select your OKRB codes

Choose the OKRB classification codes relevant to your business. Click the OKRB browser icon to explore the full classification tree and drill down to the right codes.
3

Add your operating regions

Select every Belarusian region where you actively pursue contracts.
4

Enter keywords

Type in words and phrases that describe what your company sells or delivers. Aim for specific, descriptive terms rather than broad categories.
5

Set your budget range

Enter the minimum and maximum contract value that represents your typical deal size.
6

Save your profile

Click Save. Tender cards will now display a match % badge, and the option to sort by match score will appear in the tender list.
The more fields you complete, the more accurate and reliable your match scores become. A profile with all fields filled in produces significantly better results than one with only a few codes selected.
