Where to find it
Go to Settings → Subscription (/settings?tab=billing) to access all billing and plan information.
What you can see
On the Subscription page you’ll find:- Current plan and status — your active plan (Free, Basic, Pro, or Business) and its current status, such as active or trialing.
- Trial end date — if you are on the 14-day Pro trial, the exact date your trial ends is displayed prominently so you always know how much time remains.
- Usage vs. limits — a live breakdown of your consumption against your plan’s monthly allowances, including:
- Tender views
- Saved searches
- Saved tenders
- Notifications sent
- AI messages (Pro and Business plans)
- Billing period and renewal date — whether you are billed monthly or annually, and the date your next billing cycle begins.
Every new Tendy account starts with a 14-day Pro trial — it activates automatically when you sign up and requires no credit card or manual action. When the trial ends, your account moves to the Free plan unless you have subscribed to a paid plan.
Upgrading your plan
To upgrade, click the Upgrade button on the Subscription page and select the plan that fits your needs. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at checkout — annual plans save you up to two months compared to paying month by month.When you reach a limit
If you hit a plan limit — for example, your monthly tender views or saved searches — Tendy displays a paywall message in place of the restricted content. Upgrade your plan from the prompt or from Settings → Subscription to restore access immediately.Corporate invoices
