Tendy settings give you full control over every aspect of your workspace — from personal account details and company information to team access and data privacy. Use the sections below to find what you need and navigate directly to the right place.

Account

Your personal details — including your name and email address — are managed on your account page, separate from organization-level settings. Go to Account to update your name, email address, or password at any time.

Organization

Your organization profile stores company-level information that Tendy uses across the platform — including your company name, legal details, and contact information. To update your organization details, go to Settings → Organization (/settings?tab=organization). Changes take effect immediately across your workspace.
Keeping your organization details accurate and complete improves your targeting match scores — Tendy uses this information as part of the relevance calculation for tender recommendations.

Team

The Team tab lets you invite colleagues to your Tendy workspace and manage their roles. Once invited, team members share access to your organization’s saved searches, saved tenders, and notification settings. To manage your team, go to Settings → Team (/settings?tab=team). From there you can:
  • Invite new members by email
  • Assign or change member roles
  • Remove members from the workspace
Team collaboration is available on the Pro plan (up to 5 members) and the Business plan (unlimited members). If you are on the Free or Basic plan, upgrade to Pro or Business to unlock team access.

Privacy

Tendy’s privacy settings let you review and manage your data processing consents in accordance with applicable data protection requirements. To manage your privacy preferences, go to Settings → Privacy (/settings?tab=privacy).
